A nice change of pace.

Although I taking baking for granted, and I thoroughly enjoy doing it, I forget that not everyone enjoys bakaing.  This weekend I had a nice change of pace - baking simple Chocolate Chip Cookies.  Nothing fancy...nothing elaborate - just a tray of cookies.  They didn't even want them dipped in chocolate.

The finished product is below (couldn't resist drizzling chocolate over the top though).
