We often take people for granted...particularly when it comes to doing their job.  Sure, it is expected...and yes, they get paid for it.  However, it's the little things we do to show our appreciation that makes the person perform that much better and work that much harder.  Take a minute to say thanks and to show your appreciation.  Little things go along way.  Give and you shall receive - Makes Sense!
